Vaccination in private clinics: what is the advantage?

With the birth of a child, parents ask themselves a question: how to protect a baby from infections? After all, it is his parents who are responsible for the life, health and development of the baby, and many childhood diseases have no other means of prevention than vaccination. Thanks to the complexes of children’s vaccinations, the children’s body is protected from serious infectious diseases that can lead to serious impairments in the development of the baby and even death. And here many parents have a question: what is more dangerous, not to vaccinate a child at all, vaccinate in a public or private clinic, etc.
Why bother to vaccinate a baby
Many parents are still confident that whether or not to vaccinate a child is their own business. However, questions about how they are going to protect their baby not only from such serious diseases as tuberculosis, polio (which leads to disability), but also from tetanus, which require urgent administration of tetanus toxin during infection, and the disease itself is very difficult to answer. parents can not. It was thanks to vaccination that they managed to cope with a multitude of dangerous diseases from which people had previously died.

By vaccinating a child at an early age, you help your baby adapt to his environment faster, as his body begins to produce antibodies to fight the infection that enters the baby’s body. Vaccinations against measles, diphtheria, tetanus, and polio are especially important, since these diseases are very difficult, with complications, the child is not only experiencing severe torment during the course of the disease, but also runs the risk of becoming disabled. Moreover, the ecological situation does not improve, but on the contrary, which weakens the child’s immunity and the resistance of the child’s body to viruses. Another question is that you need to comply with the indications and contraindications for immunization.
Where children are vaccinated: what is important for parents to know
You can vaccinate your baby in both a public and private clinic. It is possible to vaccinate a child in state medical institutions for free. But many parents worry about the quality of vaccines, and they don’t know when it is better to vaccinate the baby. Before vaccination, you must visit a pediatrician: the doctor will not only introduce you to the calendar of mandatory vaccinations, explain why this or that vaccine should be done at a certain age, which the vaccine protects against, why it is important to create collective children’s immunity in kindergartens and schools, etc. . But it will also help you to create an individual vaccination plan for the baby, if you missed the vaccinations or didn’t do them at all, tell you in which cases the immunization should be postponed, examine your baby. Remember that it is impossible to vaccinate a sick child, you need to take a tap from a pediatrician (if your child attends a kindergarten or school). Also, parents have the full right to be interested in certificates, shelf life of vaccines, their storage, etc., but for some reason they forget to do it.
What are the advantages of private clinics
In a private clinic, vaccination of both children and adults is paid. But private clinics offer more comprehensive services than public ones. So, before being vaccinated, the baby is not just examined by the doctor. Parents will be offered a mandatory study of the health of the baby: the delivery of clinical tests – blood and urine. To exclude contraindications to vaccination, a pediatrician may order an examination of other specialists, if necessary.

As in the process of administering the vaccine, and within half an hour after it is the doctor who is watching the child’s condition. The day after the vaccination, a pediatric nurse will come to the baby’s home and examine the baby. After the vaccine is given to the child, the parents receive the corresponding official document. If you find it difficult to choose a clinic for vaccination and examination by a pediatrician of a baby, then you can ask for free help from our consultants or use the public registry of medical institutions of Ukraine.
